Lorella Terzi, University of Roehampton, London

Lorella Terzi is Professor of Philosophy of Education at the University of Roehampton, London. Her work explores questions of disability, justice, and the capability approach, particularly in relation to educational justice and she has published widely on these themes.

Judith Suissa, UCL Institute of Education

Judith Suissa is Professor of Philosophy of Education at UCL Institute of Education. Her work explores the intersection between political ideas and educational policy and practice.

Judith has published widely on issues to do with the control of education, radical and anarchist educational traditions, and parent-child relationships.

Elaine Unterhalter, UCL Institute of Education

Elaine Unterhalter is Professor of Education and International Development at UCL Institute of Education. Her works is concerned with gender, race and class inequalities and their bearing on education.

Elaine’s interests are in the capability approach and human development and education in a number of countries in Africa, with an interest in South Africa. Her current concerns are with education, poverty, addressing intersectional inequalities and global social justice. She is the author of more than 300 publications.
